Adria Hagg
Mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, burnout and grief can be debilitating. The hardest part is taking the first step and asking for “help.” Most of us like to think of ourselves as independent, competent and “tough.” Asking for help and attending therapy doesn’t mean that we are not those things. At some point in life, we all struggle with painful emotions and intrusive thoughts. You are not just another appointment on the schedule and my goal is to build a more personal therapeutic relationship with my clients.
