***All therapy services are currently being provided virtually via a secure online platform (Telemental Health)***
For individuals who have difficulties finding time in their busy schedule, the convenience and flexibility of online therapy makes this a great option. Because you are able to have sessions in a private area of your choosing and will not need to commute to and from sessions, you can be more efficient with your time. Whether you decide to sit at a park, in your bedroom, or in a private space on campus such as a library study room, it's up to you. Wherever you choose to be during your sessions, know that you will receive the same professional support and assistance through online therapy as you would for in-person services.
