I am so glad you are here.

I am Angelica (she/her/hers), and I am a clinical social worker, who is a recovering people pleaser.

I cant deny a cozy coffee shop and a decadent pastry. I am an excellent listener who can appreciate the uncomfortable silence, because that is where I find the most growth occurs.

I work with students who have struggled to meet their own emotional needs. They are trying to relearn the balance of being a student, friend, and figuring out life’s next step. The ones who struggle to say that without taking care of themselves, they cant take care of anyone else around them.

My goal is for you to view yourself as the beautiful person you are mentally, physically, and emotionally.
