Yushi Wang, LCSW, MBA (she/her) is a bilingual (English/Mandarin) psychotherapist licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Texas. She works with college students, high-achieving professionals, and emerging leaders navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, identity, life transitions, and the pressures of balancing success with personal well-being. With over a decade of experience at Rutgers and Columbia University, Yushi has a special passion for supporting international and first-generation individuals as they navigate multicultural identities, career growth, and meaningful life transitions. Yushi believes that healing happens through genuine connection. She creates a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, understood, and accepted while also being thoughtfully challenged to grow. Her goal is to help clients gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change so they can move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and fulfillment.
