I work with college students and young adults who are often doing “okay” on the outside but feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck on the inside. You might be juggling academic pressure, high expectations, or big life changes and finding that your mind won’t slow down or that self-doubt is always in the background.

Therapy with me is calm and collaborative. We take time to understand what you’re dealing with and find ways to cope that actually feel realistic for you. I often work with students who struggle with perfectionism, overthinking, body image concerns, or a difficult relationship with food.

I offer virtual therapy for students located in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina, which can be especially helpful if you’re attending college away from home and want consistent support. My goal is to help you feel steadier, more supported, and less alone as you navigate college and the transitions that come with it.
