I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and olfer. I use an integrative cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach to help my clients heal and grow. My work is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I have specialized training in health psychology, including support for coping with medical illness, making health behavior changes, and managing pain, fatigue, and sleep issues. I also treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, ADHD, and autism. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients in a safe, affirming space.
