As we explore and reprocess past traumas, we begin to lighten the emotional burden we’ve carried, and sense of relief is experienced. I utilize EMDR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing Therapy and other approaches to assist adults with developing insight and feeling empowered to change behaviors and thoughts that no longer serve them.
