Dr. Alexandra Silverman

Psychologist, Psy.D.
Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

I'm Dr. Alex, a licensed clinical psychologist offering both in-person sessions in Northport, Long Island, and telehealth for college students anywhere in New York State. I work with students navigating anxiety, depression, the ups and downs of adjusting to college and other transitions, trauma, eating and body image concerns, and self-esteem.

College brings a lot of change, and it's normal to need support along the way. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood — so we can work through what's hard and help you feel more like yourself again.
