I help college students adjust to new stressors, explore and understand their evolving identity, and feel more confident in navigating the many transitions throughout and after college. I can help you learn about, understand, and find healthier ways to manage and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression as well as navigating trauma and relationships. Within all of this you will also feel an increase in your self-esteem and confidence.
