He focuses on identifying and challenging negative self-talk while fostering self-compassion, self-love, and personal growth.

He takes a Solution-Focused approach, integrating CBT and Positive Psychology techniques, and is also certified in Brainspotting and Motivational Interviewing for specialized care.
