Emma Bedford-Jack
Having worked as a college success counselor, career coach, and academic coach, I can help college students with a variety of common concerns that they often bring into therapy. I have a great deal of experience working with college-aged clients from a wide variety of backgrounds.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with self-acceptance, gender expression, sexual identity, and relationship difficulties, as well as depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions.
I approach therapeutic work with a focus on developing a caring, honest, accepting, and unique counseling relationship with each client. I encourage clients to develop a strong curiosity about their internal emotional worlds, while empowering them to find the strength and self-compassion within themselves to delve deeply into therapeutic work.
