Garden of Wellness Therapy
I have been a practicing social worker for 5 years providing individual and couples therapy for adults with various mental health and substance use needs. I use a person-centered approach with evidenced-based therapeutic interventions including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I support individuals to create behavior change based on values, manage their symptoms and reach their therapeutic goals. I enjoy working with individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, family/relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My practice is centered on compassion, empathy, and respect. My focus is on supporting your journey by bringing meaning and fulfillment back into your life.
