I have been in the field for over 25 years with significant experience in scientifically proven models (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT). I specialize in treating a number of symptoms including anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment to college/adulthood. I also specialize in working with athletes who experience mental health challenges unique to them. I am a member of the national group, Alliance of Social Workers In Sports, a specific group of clinicians helping high school, college, and pro athletes nationwide.
I am licensed in the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut.
