College can feel overwhelming at times—balancing academic stress, relationships, breakups, and the pressure to figure out your future. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck during this stage of young adulthood. I provide counseling for college students and young adults in Portland, OR who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I also support students experiencing OCD, intrusive thoughts, and perinatal or pregnancy-related mental health challenges during school. Whether you’re at Portland State University, Lewis & Clark College, or another Portland-area campus, I offer a supportive space to help you manage stress, build coping skills, and feel more grounded, confident, and able to thrive—both in school and beyond.
