I'm an OCD, phobia, and picking/pulling specialist. 90% of my caseload has OCD and about half also have a phobia or a body-focused repetitive behavior (BFRB). I have a lot of experience with taboo themes (P-OCD, Z-OCD, I-OCD) and people that have primarily mental compulsions. I'm open about having OCD and a BFRB myself. I know what it's like!

I'm an LGBTQIA+, kink, and poly-affirming therapist that believes therapy should be available to everyone. I want people to know that therapists are not pinnacles of perfection; we have our own struggles and good therapists use those struggles to become better practitioners. If you're looking for a nonjudgemental therapist that shows her humanity and embraces it with some humor then I might be a good fit for you.

I completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I'm intensively trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. I'm also trained in the ComB model for body-focused repetitive behaviors. I work exclusively online so I can see you no matter where in Georgia you happen to be.
