I have experience providing individual therapy for college students, queer adults, and individuals processing trauma. I have also worked with women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual assault. I facilitate a group for people healing from religious trauma.
Everyone deserves to feel like they can show their whole selves when they come to therapy. My hope is to provide space for you to be seen and understood. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your therapy goals at Catalyst.
