Hello and Bienvenidos! We are K & B Therapy, Inc., a mental health group practice specializing in providing culturally sensitive mental health services (and other services) for college students, professionals, and people of color. As a collective, we are first-generation graduates and the first in our families' to receive higher education. While being the first in our families has been such an honor, we understand how difficult it can be to adjust to student life, balance family/cultural expectations, navigate the higher education system, and experience imposter syndrome while making your best efforts to be thriving student. For us, mentorship and the normalization of mental health was critical to our journey, so if you're experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or want tools to assist you during this time, we look forward to supporting you. We believe you already have the strength, wisdom, and inner resources you need to create the change you seek in your life. Together, we can help you identify what is working, areas for growth, and develop practical tools to support you in feeling empowered.
