Hi there! Thanks for taking some time to read more about me and my work. As a therapist, I have a huge passion for helping young adults struggling with questions such as "Who am I?" "Where do my feelings come from?" and "What do I do from here?". I spend many hours with clients diving deeper into these questions, and helping clients with issues surrounding anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity.
