Do you feel like you're still trying to figure out who you are, what you like, and just trying to navigate one day at a time? Then, you've come to the right place. I've been in your shoes and I know how hard it is dealing with the pressures from others, while you're just trying to get through your classes and enjoy time with friends.
In sessions with me, I strive to offer you a safe space for you to share and process your thoughts, feelings, and current things going on in your life. The therapy space is a space for you, so we will work together to make sure you're getting all the help you need and meeting the goals important to you.
And I won't lie sometimes it will be hard fucking work, but I believe you are capable of digging deep and doing that work and I will be there along the way to support, encourage, validate, and at times challenge you.
