Transitioning into college can bring up a lot of emotions/feelings. It is often difficult to sort everything out. I find that I am able to provide college students with coping tools to help them achieve goals for themselves within and even outside of the university setting. Please let me help and be a part of your informal support system.

I specialize in trauma and am certified in EMDR therapy. I also specialize in anxiety and trained in ERP. I incorporate a lot of IFS into treatment as well.
