Matt Mills
If you’re wrestling with anger, sadness, or anxiety, you are not alone. You may be thinking that it wasn't supposed to come to this, yet here you are. Perhaps relationships or your professional life are feeling tense. Lost in our minds, we struggle with how to manage tough emotions and how to find small joys. Together, we will work to recapture your control, passion for life, and take steps towards growth - helping you to be fully present for yourself and others. Through in person or video sessions, I’m here to offer reflection and support.
I offer individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents with trauma, the LGBTQ+ population, depression, and anxiety. I approach with a strengths-based, empowerment mindset, and I use a custom framework to fit you. This includes but is not limited to EMDR, person centered, experiential, and mindfulness methods.
I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation. I would love to meet you and support you in being fully present and happy in your life. I celebrate the resilience and uniqueness of every individual. I'm here to listen without judgement, provide a caring space, and give my honest feedback to facilitate change.
