Nan Ford
My name is Nan Ford. I believe all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I support those who are struggling with stress, anxiety, isolation, boundary issues, substance use, and habits that are no longer serving them, to heal and grow into the person they desire to be.
My therapeutic orientation is grounded in exquisite listening, compassionate, trauma-informed carE, Mindful-Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Art and Inner Child/Parts work. Our work together will be complemented with evidence-based mindful meditations for relaxation of stress and anxiety.
