Natalie Worobel Counseling
My counseling skills and qualifications cover a wide variety of areas but are particularly well suited for adults who want to become more empowered and for those who struggle with digital media overuse including things like gaming, porn, social media, gambling, sports betting, shopping, and internet addiction.
As your therapist my goal is to help you improve your relationships, starting with the most important relationship of all the one you have with yourself. Personal empowerment covers many areas of mental wellness including managing anxiety, letting go of people-pleasing and codependency traits, as well as integrating more boundaries, assertiveness, and authenticity into your life.
Many of my clients have accomplished several their life goals but struggle to feel connected in their relationships or live a balanced life. I love helping people recognize their strengths as well as guiding them to understand what is getting in their way of living the life that they want.
Therapy with me is insight-oriented and skills-based. I am intentional in balancing my role as both someone who provides support and someone who challenges you to grow. I believe therapy is not just helpful for those experiencing unwanted psychiatric symptoms, but also for people who have the desire to become the best version of themselves. An overarching theme in my work is supporting clients to become more empowered by discovering ways they can take more ownership of their lives.
Therapy can be an exciting place to learn more about yourself and help you engage with the world in new ways, which in turn has the potential to not only benefit your life, but also the lives of the people you care the most about. If this resonates with you, reach out to set up a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit working together. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
