Life can feel overwhelming, especially as a student navigating new relationships that are centered around a new identity. I regularly work with clients who are seeking guidance with career concerns, family conflict and estrangement, the stress of feeling different, such as living with Autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergent experiences, along with anxiety, burnout/depression.

As a former college professor and K-12 SPED teacher, I offer specialized support for college life, including guidance on working with professors, managing coursework, and forming and maintaining new relationships. College can be an exciting and stressful time! In fact, I just completed a degree, so I am very familiar with this stress. My goal is to help you get to the good part faster.

Counseling is meant to be a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. I want to offer a welcoming, safe, and supportive space where you can share openly, sort through what’s weighing on you, and discover new ways forward.
