In a world that is constantly changing, it can be difficult to keep a pace that feels comfortable and productive. If you have reached a point where old coping skills no longer work, or you are looking to find healthier ways to cope with life challenges, I'm here to help. In therapy we will work together to develop awareness of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect one another, build skills to handle difficult emotions and make behavior change, and practice these skills in a variety of situations so you may be able to support yourself moving forward. True growth and healing happen in the most uncomfortable spaces at times. However, you do not have to wait until you are in the eye of a storm to seek counseling services. Embarking on the therapeutic journey is an important life decision and finding a therapist whose expertise fits your needs is just as vital. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work to assist clients with achieving goals by cultivating self-awareness, identifying personal strengths, and gaining new perspectives. Kendra is a National Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Atlanta GA. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals—especially those in academia or the helping profession (doctors, nurses, therapists, pastors)—who grapple with perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, codependency, and the challenge of prioritizing their own needs amidst the many demands of their personal and professional lives. As an immigrant, I bring a rich, cross-cultural perspective to therapy and a deep appreciation for how culture shapes identity, relationships, and mental health. Many of my clients are navigating complex intersections of cultural expectations, academic roles, and personal values. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a professor and active researcher. My academic work focuses on interpersonal trauma and its impact on relationships and meaning-making. This dual identity as both clinician and scholar informs my approach: deeply reflective, integrative, and grounded in both science and lived experience. I work exclusively via Telehealth with adult clients residing in GA, MI, and TX. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one that offers both safety and challenges patterns by providing direct and honest feedback. If you're ready to invest in yourself and your well-being, I invite you to reach out.
I operate from a systems approach, and utilize narrative, solution-focused, and collaborative perspectives in the therapy room. My work is client-centered, and I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are and providing unconditional support during every step of their journey.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a virtual practice in NY and GA. I offer psychotherapy for adults navigating life transitions and struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, and shame. I also specialize in helping people make peace with their bodies and heal their relationships with food and exercise. I see therapy as a deeply rewarding experience where you can cultivate self compassion, self acceptance, and flexibility. We'll create a safe space where you can process distressing feelings or challenges, grow in self understanding, build and practice new ways of coping, and move towards living a full life that's in line with your true values. My integrative approach as a therapist means I'll always be responsive to your reasons for being in therapy and what you want to find. I have an open, exploratory style, but I also won't hesitate to share more concrete resources or suggest practices to test out in between sessions if we decide together it might help.
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, dating challenges, or life transitions? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I love working with college students seeking clarity, peace, and confidence—whether you're adjusting to campus life, preparing for the future, or feeling emotionally stuck and alone. Originally from Houston, Texas and now based in Atlanta, I’ve been fully licensed since 2018 and practicing since 2012. My early work focused on adolescents and families affected by substance use, but I found my sweet spot working with young adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and identity development. Whether you're facing college anxiety, academic pressure, or relationship concerns, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can process emotions and grow at your own pace. Therapy with me is relaxed, empowering, and rooted in real-life support. Healing isn’t instant, but it starts with being open, heard, and supported. Let’s take that first step—together.
My name is Elizabeth Bryant. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming couples therapist trained in both Gottman and Developmental Model Couples therapy I have come to learn that not every size fits all. Bringing two different people with their own unique backgrounds, life experiences, and values is bound to be tricky. Trying to build a life with someone is wonderful but a challenging adventure to embark on. I work with a variety of couples including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, monogamous, polyamorous, heterosexual, interracial, and neurodivergent. The majority of the couples I work with are looking for a new way forward together but are facing challenges that often feel unresolvable without guidance. It takes courage, vulnerability, patience, open communication and a genuine desire to heal and grow. It is not a journey taken lightly but together we can create a path towards deeper connection and a joy-filled relationship.
I specialize in working with: Black men looking to heal and grow; survivors of sexual violence or childhood sexual trauma; and LGBTQ+ individuals. I take on a person-centered approach to therapy. I primarily utilize Narrative Therapy during my sessions with individuals and couples. For couples who tend to have high conflict, I prefer to utilize Collaborative Couples Therapy to assist them in improving their communication with each other, while also working through their conflicts. Currently, I am a pre-licensed therapy working towards full licensure and under the supervision of Sharita Everett. I am able to see insurance clients via contracted sites.
I have more than 20 years experience working with patients with eating disorders or eating problems and accompanying issues such as anxiety. I will meet you where you are and we can work together toward healthier thoughts and behaviors that promote a sense of well-being. As an Emory alum, I truly enjoy working with Emory students.

You may be doing everything expected of you while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. I work well with students who want to understand the patterns shaping their lives, strengthen their boundaries, improve their relationships, and make decisions with greater confidence.
