Hi, I'm Rebecca and I'm so glad you're here. I love supporting students of all ages and young adults in graduate school, college, and high school, as you're navigating through life transitions, relationships, and mental health challenges. I have worked at many college counseling centers and know how important and intense these years are for students. I work to provide a safe, collaborative landing space for you to find your voice; learn new ways of being, with yourself and with others; process pain and loss; manage and understand your anxiety and feel empowered and grounded in your life. I approach therapy from a humanist and relational orientation that focuses on your individual strengths. I often help clients with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, family relationships, identity development, work/school-life balance, ADHD/ADD, self-esteem, sexual identity, relationships, and grief. I'm also passionate about helping clients who identify as motherless daughters as well as student-athletes.
Does This Sound Like You? You’re burned out from trying to do everything right. You’ve been called "too sensitive" or "too much". You’ve got big dreams but get overwhelmed or stuck. You say yes when you want to say no. You do all the “right” things and still feel exhausted and stuck. You crave rest, clarity, and space to just be. Let’s Change That Together, we’ll quiet the noise, ease the anxiety, and help you start showing up for yourself. Less guilt. More peace. A life that actually feels like yours.
I work with folks looking to understand their own identity. Whether that be in relation to themself or others. Balancing life as an emerging adult while being a college student can be overwhelming. I specialize in working with folks who are queer, trans, gender expansive, and neurodivergent. I am trained in a trauma therapy called EMDR, which can help people who have experienced traumatic events to find healing. I support folks in finding skills for regulating their emotions, sitting in the discomfort of hard feelings, and being more present in their day to day life.
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field in various settings--including inpatient, outpatient, inner-city clinics, schools, and private practice. Hi, I'm Molly! I am a mental health professional committed to helping individuals, families, and communities reach their greatest potential. I gravitate toward a person-centered, cognitive behavioral approach to therapy while tailoring sessions to meet the needs of my client, commonly utilizing the modality of Brainspotting to enhance session outcomes. I believe in meeting clients where they are at to support clients in reaching their goals, yet prioritize collaboration between clients, parents, and other service providers as needed or desired because no one should need to navigate changes or challenges alone. It is rewarding to see growth, healing, and learning from the various challenges life presents.
Who would have known life could be so stressful and complicated- well we do! We understand that being studying is important but that there is a equal need to be healthy. Our practice provides clinical services while reducing the stigma associated with mental health.

I use a Unified Protocol approach and am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and supporting lasting change. If you are looking for ways to recover and grow in the face of painful challenges, I offer a nonjudgmental, accepting place to do this life-changing work. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your thoughts, or just not like yourself lately? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either. I work with students who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions that can feel confusing or heavy. Many of the people I work with are used to putting others first, staying busy, or “holding it together” even when they’re struggling inside. If that sounds familiar, this may be a good place to start. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I offer a space that’s judgment-free, supportive, and focused on what you need. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and create a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication support, or both—always at a pace that feels right for you. I currently see clients through secure, easy-to-use telehealth, so you can access care from wherever you feel most comfortable. If you’re ready to feel better, I’d love to help you get started.
I specialize in working with BIPOC women who prefer culturally considerate support in therapy. Bespoke Therapy is about supporting the diversity of women and a variety women’s issues, in which ever way they show up for you—be it in your relationships, self-esteem, school/work stress, intense emotionality, anxiety and/or depression. We offer ACT, CBT, DBT, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) and Mindfulness Therapy. I invite you to reach out and explore a new therapeutic connection where YOU are understood and embraced. The idea that therapy can encompass and consider all of the things that are important to you is not a fantasy. And living a life where you thrive and find balance can be a reality.
You may often second guess yourself, judge yourself and/or over think every interaction or choice you make lately. Maybe your friends or family have pointed out that you seem off or maybe you’ve been hiding it. There’s no shame in getting support so you can return to yourself and move forward in a way that more aligns with who you want to be. Working with me comes with ease and emotional safety. I provide online therapy for adults who reside in the state of MN and offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!

I offer virtual therapy in PA, MI, and MN. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience across a variety of settings. I obtained my bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst University and master's degree in social work from Edinboro University. I have experience working with adults in community mental health and residential treatment for substance use disorders. I use evidence-based practices including: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Behavioral Activation. I provide strength-based, personalized therapy that empowers clients to take control of their mental health and work towards their goals. My approach to counseling is collaborative and client centered. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and a framework for your journey. Our first session is a chance to explore what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. Over time, we'll work together to identify repeated emotional patterns, develop coping strategies, and new ways of responding to life's challenges.
You are sitting in therapy watching your therapist's lips move while she tells you for the fourth time that her cousin is gay and just got a “very butch” haircut. You can’t help thinking, “She just doesn’t get it.” He misgenders you, or forgets your partner’s pronouns, she pulls out Food and Mood, and he talks about how apple cider vinegar might be the solution to all your problems. She hasn't lived in a fat body. He hasn’t experienced homophobia or heterosexism from the inside. What initially seemed like a small hill to climb in your relationship has started to feel like a mountain. Maybe she tells you your black top is so slimming. Maybe once he referred to queer people as ‘homosexuals.’ Maybe, when you report your experiences of oppression, she tells you that the other party probably meant well and just wanted you to be healthier or have it easier in the world. You don’t trust him with your whole self, how can you? You’ve tried so many therapists in the past and she’s not that bad, is she? You continue to hope that therapy with a therapist who doesn’t quite get it will be enough to meet your needs. It’s not enough. You deserve a therapist who understands your lived experiences. You deserve a therapist who knows what it’s like to have your doctor prescribe weight loss to treat arthritis in your wrists, and who can truly hear it when you tell them about your experience with your homophobic aunt at Thanksgiving. You deserve a therapist who approaches the world with a solid intersectional anti-oppression framework that sees society, rather than some flaw in you, as the central piece of your problem. I can be that therapist. I’m fat, I’m queer, I have an intersectional lens, and I want to dismantle systems of oppression one client session at a time.
I offer collaborative, compassionate, culturally-informed care tailored to you. Whether you're navigating life transitions, feeling held back by your emotions, or seeking self-understanding to move forward, I will help you build on your strengths to achieve your therapy goals. Schedule a free 15-min phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
I understand what it's like to struggle with the challenges of being a college student. You are balancing going to class, getting good grades, sometimes working a job, family, and friends. That's a lot. You don't have to have all the answers. It's normal to not be ok because life sucks right now. Seeing me doesn't mean you are broken, and it's ok to put your guard down and crumble. I will give you a safe place to be vulnerable and learn to trust.
